Freight Goalz is currently seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the retention and expansion of our customer base. We are in search of a motivated, professional, and diligent candidate with experience in the transportation industry who is eager to advance their career.

Freight Goalz is a reputable freight provider, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Volume/Partial, and Expedited services. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking to onboard an individual who will drive growth through internal collaboration, external relationship management, self-directed learning, strategic analysis, and more.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a sales or account management environment specifically within the transportation industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, negotiation, and both business and technical writing, enabling effective interaction and engagement with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated integrity of the highest standard, with a proven track record of success in roles focused on customer success, sales, and/or sales management, showcasing the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, characterized by the ability to work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of individuals, both within the organization and with external partners, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as an advocate and liaison for Freight Goalz clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Expand current customer accounts through ongoing relationship development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and client needs; cultivate a core book of business for consistent and repeatable sales.
  • Develop and implement customer-level strategies with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive margins.
  • Work collaboratively with operations and sales departments.
  • Update CRM and reporting systems throughout the day to maintain accuracy in sales and volume metrics.
