- Manage supplier relationship, development, and performance.
- drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements.
- drive the success for metrics such as Late to Place, Late to Dock, and Delinquent Material.
- develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements for RMD programs and projects.
- perform subcontract management of high‑dollar purchase orders using integrated supply‑chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements.
- prepare solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ.
- analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques.
- develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (price, delivery, terms).
- place purchase orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity.
- perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems.
- travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary to conduct business.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3years of experience.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, or automotive.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.

- Analyzing cost and pricing data to determine proposal compliance.
- Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review.
- Experience placing high‑value purchase orders and procurement complexity.
- Experience contributing to successful completion of projects that enhanced performance within an area of responsibility.
- SAP‑based environment experience.
- Ability to successfully execute competitive procurements, including development of evaluation criteria.
Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
