Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 annually.

This position is responsible for the planning, administration, direction, coordination and supervision of the Business Development functions. This position works collaboratively in development of revenue generation, income retention, and managing cost efficiencies for the organization.
Essential Functions- Collaborates with the C-Suite and Executive Committee in directing all aspects of revenue generation for the organization, encompassing new services, new markets, new affiliations, new contracts and new passive revenue.
- Develops, coordinates and implements strategic growth plans to meet company growth objectives.
- Oversees vendor contract negotiations resulting in measurable cost efficiencies.
- Conducts resource analysis and utilization analysis for cost efficiencies.
- Conducts cost per case or study for financial impact.
- Identifies new passive income opportunities and investments.
- Provides direction and support for the retirement plan.
- Provides direction and support for real estate needs.
- Establishes and manages relationships with vendors and external resources.
- Strategic project management as required.
Local travel to other Tri-City Cardiology locations is required during the business day.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree in business or a related field is required.
- Certified Public Accountant or related certification.
- Minimum ten years of business development required.
- Minimum two years of experience in supervision required.
- Proficiency in resource and utilization analysis and operationalizing cost efficiencies.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications- Business development experience in Cardiology preferred.
