As an Artificial Intelligence Analyst for PCL Constructors Inc. in Arizona, California, Hawaii, or Washington State, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, implement, and scale AI solutions that improve workflows, support better decision‑making, and drive meaningful operational impact.

• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes.
• Analyze workflows to define problems, identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility and risk.
• Coordinate AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration and rollout with teams.
• Contribute to business cases, cost‑benefit analyses and implementation plans.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor usage and performance of AI‑enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help build user confidence and capability with AI‑enabled tools through training, guidance and ongoing support.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.

• Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI‑enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
• Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize operational workflows and outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI‑enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns and develop effective solutions.

The estimated salary range for this role is $74,000 – $120,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.

Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, California, Hawaii, Arizona or Washington State to be considered for this role.
