The Branch & Business Development Manager leads both internal operations and external growth efforts of a home care agency branch. This dual role ensures the branch delivers exceptional care, maintains compliance, operates efficiently, and achieves sustainable growth through strategic marketing and referral development.
About the PositionAdultcare Assistance Homecare is seeking a Branch & Business Development Manager for our Tucson location. You’ll work with a high-performing, fast-paced team to deliver outstanding care while driving branch growth. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures quality of care, and leads marketing and referral efforts.
You’ll collaborate closely with Geriatric Care Specialists, Scheduling Coordinators, and leadership to ensure every client receives the right care from the right caregiver. You’ll also support operations across Tucson, Sun City, and Phoenix. This position reports directly to the Vice President and plays a key role in delivering safety, value, and peace of mind to clients and families.
This role is also part of our Healthcare Leadership Development Program, designed for high-potential candidates from sales, social work, and senior care backgrounds who want to grow into senior leadership within the organization. ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Manage daily branch operations and team performance
- Hire, train, coach, and develop office and field staff
- Oversee client intake, assessments, and care plan execution
- Ensure caregiver scheduling aligns with client needs
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Monitor KPIs (hours, revenue, margins) and manage costs
- Resolve client and caregiver issues quickly and professionally
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of caregivers
- Participate in on‑call rotation and step in during emergencies when needed
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners
- Execute marketing plans including events, outreach, and campaigns
- Represent the company in the community (events, networking)
- Track leads, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools
- Partner with internal staff to ensure smooth intake and onboarding
- Maintain strong brand representation in all outreach efforts
- High client satisfaction and strong feedback

- 2–4+ years of experience in sales, social work, leadership, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or social work
- Background working with hospital discharge planners, case managers, or care coordination teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in business development, referral marketing, or client-facing roles
- Experience managing caregivers or healthcare staff
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable spending time in the field building referral relationships

- Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
