* Job Responsibilities:

**** Responsibilities
* ** Maintain accurate real‐time vehicle records across the full manufacturing lifecycle.
* Track vehicle status, location, assignments, and release readiness; ensure system and physical inventory alignment.
* Conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain complete traceability and documentation.
* Coordinate vehicle movements, transfers, and departmental handoffs through production, quality, engineering, and shipping.
* Monitor aging, throughput, and bottlenecks; support priority builds and launch readiness.
* Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and deliver recurring/ad hoc operational reporting.
* Analyze inventory trends, KPIs, and utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
* Maintain dashboards, documentation, and compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards.
* Support internal and external audits and ensure data integrity across tracking systems.
** Health, Safety & Environmental
*** Follow all plant safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
* Respond to hazards or non‐compliance and support corrective actions.
* Promote adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* 2+ years in inventory control, logistics, operations coordination, data management, or manufacturing support.
* Advanced Excel skills; strong data analysis, reporting, inventory control, database management, documentation, and KPI tracking abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills.##
