ResponsibilitiesJOB SUMMARY
The Manager leads patient experience improvement initiatives across Honor Health’s outpatient network, translating strategy into operational execution. Partners with clinical, operational, and physician leaders to improve reliability and consistency of the outpatient experience. Functions as a working leader providing coaching, education, and structured improvement support.
Essential Functions- Lead Strategy Translation:
Translate network‑level PX strategy into targeted outpatient initiatives and execution roadmaps - Coach Leaders:
Provide coaching on service recovery, experience design, and team engagement; build leadership capability - Team Oversight:
Supervise and develop outpatient PX Coaches; manage workflows, priorities, and performance - Standardize Practices:
Establish consistent frameworks and tools; enable scalable deployment across 260+ clinics - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with operations, nursing, quality, and physician services to integrate PX into workflows - Drive Measurement:
Monitor experience data, identify trends, support goal‑setting and action planning - Support System Priorities:
Contribute to CMS readiness; support network growth with PX infrastructure for new clinics - Role‑Model Behaviors:
Model Honor Health values; foster accountability and continuous improvement culture
- Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Required)
- Master's Preferred
- 5 years in patient experience or healthcare operations (Required)
- 2 years leadership; ambulatory setting (Preferred)
