Administrative Tasks- Submit reports on training activities and follow up until completion
- Purchase training materials through various vendors for all training programs. Proficiency in Oracle is a plus.
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
- Coordinates with training manager for all student and instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues
- Book/Schedule classrooms and ensure they all properly set up
- Ensure that all instructors are filling the client records properly and according to the standards of the authority within the electronic system (Talon ETA)
- Assisting students and Instructors during their IACRA application
- High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (ability to create logical formulas).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience using Oracle systems.
- Experience supporting training programs or aviation-related operations (e.g., instructor or student pilot coordination).
- Familiarity with Talon ETA or similar electronic training record systems.
- Familiarity with FAA systems such as IACRA.
