Strategic Supplier Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Responsibilities

• provide primary strategic and operational relationship management and oversight between USAA and assigned third party suppliers
• proactively seek opportunities to continuously build rapport and partnership with third parties
• provide guidance and enforce the standardization of supplier strategies, policies, procedures, guidelines, and reporting
• engage regularly with clients, client relationship management, and others to ensure alignment of goals between USAA and the supplier
• understand and convey client needs to suppliers while understanding and conveying capabilities back to the client and client relationship managers
• work closely with CoSA Supplier Governance (CSG) to understand measurable performance of the supplier and provide guidance in taking appropriate-level corrective action

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 4 years of experience in operational functional line of business (real estate lending), quality assurance, control, audit, or vendor management within a financial services organization
• 2 years of experience in program management, quality, and oversight to include experience managing internal and external partners building and maintaining relationships
• Proficient experience with data analysis tools, industry data sources, Microsoft Office tools and applicable business software
