Training Record Administrator

Join a dedicated team that supports and leads shaping the company's path.

Responsibilities
  • Submit reports on training activities and follow up until completion
  • Purchase training materials through various vendors for all training programs
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Coordinate with the training manager for all student and instructor pilot training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training-related issues
  • Book/schedule classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
  • Ensure instructors fill client records correctly in the electronic system (Talon ETA)
  • Assist students and instructors during IACRA application
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (ability to create logical formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Oracle systems
  • Experience supporting training programs or aviation-related operations (e.g., instructor or student pilot coordination)
  • Familiarity with Talon ETA or similar electronic training record systems
  • Familiarity with FAA systems such as IACRA
