Activities Coordinator
Towerpoint RV Resort, a premier 55+ active adult community, is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and people-oriented Activities Coordinator to join our team full-time.
You'll be joining a fun, collaborative Activities Department consisting of three team members who work together to create an exceptional experience for our residents. The Activities Coordinator works closely with the Activities Director to plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide variety of group and individual activities for our residents. This position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, creativity, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed to help make our events successful.
Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 Hourly Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility is required, as occasional evening and weekend events are part of this role.
- Assist the Activities Director with planning and coordinating community events and activities.
- Create flyers, newsletters, marketing materials, and event signage using Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the Activities team to plan, promote, set up, and execute community events and activities.
- Manage community display cases and activity bulletin boards.
- Send daily email communications to residents.
- Sell event tickets and assist residents with activity registrations.
- Help set up, decorate, and tear down community events.
- Maintain activity supplies, storage areas, and office organization.
- Perform record-keeping and other administrative duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, recreation, customer service, or food service preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Publisher and PowerPoint.
- Office and computer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a passion for working with people.
