Clinic Director - ABA Services

Me Be is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including ABA, OT and Speech.

MeBe is seeking an experienced Site Director to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our Mesa Learning Center.

This is more than a traditional clinic-management role. As Site Director, you will have meaningful ownership of your center and the opportunity to shape its culture, develop exceptional clinicians, strengthen relationships within the community, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

• Ensure exceptional ABA and OT services
• Coach and develop clinical leaders
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration

• Earn $140,000-$150,000 plus a performance bonus that can bring total compensation to over $200,000.

You won't do it alone. You'll be supported by dedicated teams in Recruiting, Scheduling, Intake, People Operations, Clinical Quality, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Speech, and Occupational Therapy.

Compensation Range: $140K - $150K
