General Manager

Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role as General Manager to join our team! This is a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes and develop and lead a team of leaders to do the same.

Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Operations and Sales

Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.

• Building and equipment maintenance and safety -- including training of CPR and AED
• Overall operations of club

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Membership Billing
• Payroll Budget
• Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Fitness Sales Pipeline
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events etc.)
• Employee and member safety

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
