Sacred Journey Inc is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children in foster care residing in our group homes. If you are compassionate, reliable, and experienced in working with youth, we want to hear from you!
Available Shifts as of 02/03/2026Current Shifts Available in homes with female clients ages 9 to 18 years old
- Saturday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Saturday: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Sunday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Sunday: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Sunday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
Current Shifts available in home with male clients from ages 4 to 12 years.
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Friday: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
- Saturday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Saturday: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Sunday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Sunday: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Sunday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience working with DCS foster children
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required)
- Must provide 39 month driving record
- Able to pass:
- Mandatory Drug screening
- Criminal background check
- Fingerprint clearance
- Health physical
- No crimes against children
Job Duties
- Supervise and support foster youth in daily routines and activities
- Enforce house rules and promote a structured environment
- Encourage youth to build healthy peer relationships and community involvement
- Accompany youth to medical appointments
- Teach and promote hygiene and life skills
- Ensure youth are safe, supervised, and engaged at all times
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies
- Complete all required documentation, including:
- Daily logs
- Incident reports
- Medication records
- Progress notes
- Support educational development and assist with homework
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space
- Assist with meal prep and cleanup according to OSHA standards
- Respond to emergencies and participate in fire drills
- Communicate effectively with youth, case managers, therapists, and families
- Follow Sacred Journey Inc’s policies, procedures, and training standards
- Other duties as assigned
