Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Project Manager to join a growing projects team delivering commercial construction and capital improvement projects across the Mountain Region.

This opportunity is ideal for a polished and ambitious construction professional with approximately 5–7 years of experience who is looking to grow their career within a highly client-facing environment.

• Manage commercial construction and capital projects from inception through completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate project execution, schedules, budgets, and communication
• Deliver projects in occupied/live environments while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and executives
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Experience with in commercial construction, tenant improvements, interiors, renovations, or capital projects
• Strong preference for candidates coming from a General Contractor (GC) environment
• Experience managing client-facing construction projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a calm approach under pressure
• Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to develop professionally
