Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Foreman to oversee field operations on industrial construction projects including structural steel, process piping, concrete, equipment setting, and site work. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage crews and subcontractors, and experience maintaining safety, schedule, and production goals in industrial environments.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily field activities and coordinate labor crews
  • Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and construction drawings
  • Coordinate scheduling of manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain production targets and project schedules
  • Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety meetings
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Track labor hours, quantities installed, and daily progress
  • Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are maintained
  • Manage installation activities including structural steel erection, pipe fabrication and installation, equipment setting, concrete and civil work, welding coordination
  • Prepare daily reports and field documentation
Qualifications
  • 5+ years industrial construction experience
  • 2+ years in a foreman or lead role preferred
  • Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, water treatment, mining, power, or process facilities
  • Ability to lead crews of 5–30 workers
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with scheduling and productivity tracking
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Welding or rigging experience is a plus
