Job Description

Rich Contracting Company, LLC is looking for a construction project coordinator with a varied and broad skilled set to join our new and fast-growing company. The ideal candidate is based in the greater Phoenix area (not required) and can outline prior experience working with General Contractors will get great consideration.

The ideal project coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities to oversee certain stages of projects. Have strong communication and organizational skills and will work on plan development and progress oversight. They will work closely with project managers to perform various coordinating duties. The project coordinator is primarily responsible to prepare and present regular progress updates to appropriate management channels, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.

This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and diplomatic. They will serve as Rich Contracting’s Ambassador between our Subcontractors, Project Managers, and onsite superintendents. Furthermore, it is our hope that this person is interested in growing professionally over time as the business grows.

Project Coordinator

Job Duties:

  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Involved in project from start to finish (from bidding to close-out) working closely with project manager and onsite superintendents.
  • Bid management, coordination, and soliciting appropriate parties required for a successful proposal. Includes logging/ reviewing/ organizing subcontractor and supplier proposals, and coordination of required information.
  • Assist onsite superintendents with required documents, insurance, contract issuance, etc.
  • Issue and track subcontracts, insurance, W-9's, etc. for each project.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to get required documents in order to complete projects per client standards (i.e. submittals, RFIs, etc).
  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
  • Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices
