Project Manager

Mesa, AZ

$85,000 – DOE annually
* Based on experience and job stability demonstrated on resume*

• 3–5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role (civil construction)
• Proven wet utility experience (sewer, water, storm drain, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to self‑manage and lead project teams

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects from budget through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, procurement, and resource allocation
• Track and manage budgets, costs, and WIP reporting
• Monitor field progress to ensure safety and quality standards
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
• Lead and mentor project engineers and support staff
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues
• Travel to project sites as required (travel expenses covered)
