Job Title:
Construction Laborer
This role involves supporting construction activities by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site. You will assist with general labor tasks, including site cleanup, basic construction support, and helping the team keep work areas free of debris and hazards.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the construction site by sweeping, removing trash, and picking up debris throughout the workday.
- Support general labor tasks as directed, including assisting construction crews with basic duties.
- Handle materials safely and help keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment while working indoors and outdoors.
- Assist with construction-related activities such as framing support and other labor tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or incidents to site leadership promptly.
- At least 1 year of construction experience.
- Experience performing general labor tasks on construction sites.
- Ability to perform site cleanup, including sweeping and debris removal.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass required drug testing.
- Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including hot conditions.
- Ability to work extended hours and multiple days per week, including some Saturdays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to follow directions and safety guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with construction framing or supporting framing crews is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and job site practices.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as part of daily duties.
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a construction team.

WorkEnvironment
This position is based at a data center construction site and includes both indoor and outdoor work. You will work in varying weather conditions and must be comfortable working in the heat. The typical schedule runs Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some Saturdays required and an average of approximately 58 hours per week. The environment is an active construction site with heavy equipment, materials, and ongoing trades work, requiring consistent adherence to safety procedures and appropriate work attire suitable for construction settings.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
