  Assist in preparing the worksite, including setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers.
• General Labor:
  Perform basic labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials as directed by supervisors.
• Site Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean and organized work environment, removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Safety Compliance:
