Concrete Superintendent

We are looking for a concrete superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of their work, and leads by example. You'll oversee field operations for major concrete projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule alignment — while mentoring field crews and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

• Lead all on-site activities related to concrete construction from layout through completion
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a zero-incident culture on job sites
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to forecast manpower, equipment, and material needs
• Perform field inspections to ensure workmanship complies with codes and standards
• Track production rates, pour schedules, and daily progress reports
• Resolve job site issues with urgency and professionalism
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and high performance among team members

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• 7+ years of concrete construction experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of concrete forming systems, reinforcement, finishing, and curing
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex commercial projects
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
