• Assists the project manager with scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.
• Coordinate and oversee remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and resolve any issues or delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.

• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the remodeling or construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations are a plus.
• Bilingual.
