Position Title

Construction Project Manager

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 annually / DOE

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from bidding and estimating through execution and closeout
  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects
  • Oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from smaller service work to multimillion-dollar projects
  • Conduct jobsite visits, evaluate project requirements, complete takeoffs, and prepare estimates
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with field leads, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare customer change orders and process subcontractor change orders
  • Maintain accurate and timely project data in Build Ops
  • Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices in partnership with the finance team
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and resolve issues before they affect delivery
  • Divide time between the office and project sites throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor
  • Experience managing projects from bid through closeout
  • Strong estimating and takeoff experience
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and strict deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence working directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and consistently use construction management software
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week and travel to local project sites
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Build Ops or Procore experience preferred
