What It Looks Like (Responsibilities)
  • Welcoming every guest with a genuine smile and helpful attitude
  • Handling transactions with accuracy and confidence — cash, card, tips, and all
  • Suggesting experiences that add value — upgrades, add-ons, or specials
  • Managing front entrance flow, ensuring safety and a steady pace
  • Checking in events and parties, helping celebrations start off right
  • Knowing the details — ride requirements, dress code, policies, and specials
  • Backings up your team, staying upbeat, and stepping in wherever needed
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Ages 16 and up, excited to create awesome first impressions
  • Guest-obsessed and hospitality-driven — friendly, professional, and focused
  • Trustworthy and team-oriented, with strong attention to detail
