Concordance Healthcare Solutions provides dynamic supply chain solutions across the healthcare continuum. We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Specialist to support our commercial customers in Mesa, AZ.

Essential Functions
  • Provide general customer service functions to commercial hospitals, including product information, price quotes, order/return processing, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Act as a key liaison between operations and customers to resolve order‑related issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding stocking levels, item usage, and product changes.
  • Assist in resolving manufacturer backorders, allocations, and report analysis to identify and address shortages.
  • Initiate required actions and maintain order/customer information files; communicate changes to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Resolve product or service problems, including missed shipment resolution, backorder fulfillment, and reporting.
  • Recommend potential substitutions by collaborating with outside sales personnel, manufacturer sales representatives, and customer service teams.
  • Participate in conference calls and make site visits as needed.
  • Work effectively with all internal departments, outside sales personnel, and customers.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards and procedures regarding customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or 2 years’ experience in customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with Excel and Word required, experience with AS/400 is a plus.
  • Typing and data entry skills required.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and customer‑service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and forward‑thinking approach.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Medical product knowledge is beneficial.
  • Reliable and able to function independently.
  • Must successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.

• Hybrid work model: office part of the week and remote part of the week.
