About the Role
As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will support customers with inquiries related to tolls and violations connected to rental vehicles. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic service while working toward first-call resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support to resolve inquiries related to tolls and violations
* Handle inbound customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
* Utilize internal tools and systems to research and resolve issues efficiently
* Strive for first contact resolution while maintaining attention to detail
* Build and maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes
* Communicate clearly across phone and written interactions
* Meet established performance goals including productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
* Support additional responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated, dependable individuals who bring a positive attitude and strong critical thinking skills. You'll be successful in this role if you're someone who shows up, stays engaged, and works well in a team-driven environment.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
* Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
* Typing speed of 30+ WPM
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and personalities
* Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Schedule
* Must be flexible to work within business hours:
* Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM (aligned to EST operations)
* Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
