Customer Service Facilitator (PT)

Qualifications- Outstanding customer service skills, comfortable with internet and Outlook email, proficient in MS Office
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred
- CPR and AED training required
- Greeting residents and guests
- Answering phones
- Processing paperwork for access cards
- Cleaning clubhouse and common areas (restrooms, gym, taking out trash, dusting, wiping counters, coffee bar, etc.)
- Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for daily events and meetings
- Support Programs – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Calm Health
- Part‑time; may accrue paid sick leave per state and local laws
- 401(k) with company match (30% match on first 10% of contributions)
