Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints through proactive follow‑ups.
  • Interact with customers via phone, text, and social media.
  • Communicate with all lines of the business to research customer concerns.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate representation of case work.
  • Problem‑solve with autonomy and offer assistance when appropriate.
  • Manage customer conflict while under pressure.
  • Show empathy and understanding for the customer’s situation and act as a single point of contact to ensure the highest level of satisfaction by setting proper expectations.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience by managing inbound and outbound communications within service level agreements.
  • Assist with training development, customer concern resolution, legal settlements, trend identification, and innovation in overall business processes.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone‑based sales, customer service or customer relations.
