Customer Service Representative
Starting Pay: $17–$20 per hour
Post-Training Pay: Hourly + Performance Incentives
Annual Earnings: $47,000 – $60,000
SchedulesMonday‑Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Monday‑Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday‑Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Requirements- 1+ year of customer service experience (home services or emergency services a plus)
- Prior dispatch experience (residential/emergency services) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a bonus (we will train the right person!)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Calm under pressure and solutions‑oriented
- Team‑focused mindset with a desire to grow
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution‑focused support
- Manage a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency
- Communicate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Provide timely updates and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value
