Customer Service Specialist
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Mesa, AZ with hiring on a contract to hire basis a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional service to customers. In this role, you will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive experience using a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoice and billing questions.
- Provide clear guidance and information while demonstrating patience, professionalism, and strong customer focus.
- Utilize available tools, systems, and resources to achieve complete and accurate issue resolution, emphasizing first-contact resolution.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of products, policies, procedures, and technical systems relevant to customer accounts.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, adapting your communication style to each customer’s needs.
- Meet or exceed established performance targets, including productivity, efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
- 2+ years recent previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm, customer-first attitude in fast-paced or escalated situations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer systems, customer support platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Commitment to reliability, teamwork, and meeting performance expectations.
