ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will coordinate and process all codes, emergencies and responses for several facilities. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Reading, writing, and math proficiency.
- Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with computer keyboards.
- Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions following established policies.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, interruption-frequent environment.
- Team orientation and the ability to work cohesively.
- Previous telephone/customer service experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Experience as a Switchboard Operator, Front Desk Receptionist, or Scheduler in healthcare.
- Experience working overnight shifts.
- Additional related education or experience.
Work Location:
Banner Health Corp Mesa (525 W Brown Rd) or Banner Health Corp Phoenix (1441 N 12th St)

Fulltime, 40 hours/week, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., rotating every other weekend.
