Customer Service Representative

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoice and billing questions.;
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently with first-contact resolution.;
Build and maintain understanding of products, policies, procedures, and technical systems relevant to customer accounts.;
Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, adapting communication style to each customer’s needs.;
Meet or exceed established performance targets, including productivity, efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
