Job Title: Patient Registrar

Addison Group is partnering with a reputable healthcare organization to hire multiple Patient Registrars to support high-volume emergency and front-desk operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on healthcare experience in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment with potential for long‑term placement.

The Patient Registrar will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring accurate registration, exceptional customer service, and efficient front‑desk operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth patient flow and supporting emergency department operations.

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Register patients at the front desk and within the emergency department
• Verify, collect, and update patient demographic information
• Obtain required signatures and ensure completion of all registration documentation
• Enter and update patient information within the electronic tracking system
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new technology
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly in stressful situations
• Confident handling patient interactions and resolving concerns respectfully
• Must be open to floating to different locations in the East Valley
• Must be open to working afternoons and/or overnights
• Must be open to working weekends
