Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Arizona is seeking an Intake Specialist for the Customer Service Referral Center. You will handle incoming calls, verify eligibility, and schedule initial intakes while coordinating funding sources and authorizations.
The role requires strong front-line customer service skills, experience with EMR systems, and DPS fingerprint clearance. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred to support diverse clients in Mesa, AZ.
