Supervise and oversee all the work and functions of Customer Services Representatives;
Manage time and attendance of Customer Service Representatives;
Delegate workflow to team representatives and be accountable for goals and performance;
Provide feedback to Customer Service employees on performance and disciplinary actions when needed;
Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service;
Recruit for open positions in department, review resumes and interview potential candidates;
Coach and train employees when needed;
Participates and/or leads improvement efforts;
Capture and compile data relating to department;
Provide direction amongst branch hourly personnel, specifically CSRs and Clerks;
Ensure employees follow work processes and training
