** Must be available Sunday-Saturday within the 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM operating window (8 hour shift)

** What will you be doing?*
* + Providing customer support through inbound phone calls, email, and chat

+ Assisting customers with account inquiries and resolving issues professionally

+ Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service solutions

+ Utilizing active listening and problem solving skills to address customer concerns

+ Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently

** What do you bring?*
* + Positive, can do attitude

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred

+ Call center experience preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ

+ Flexible full-time scheduling within our extended operating hours (10:30 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday to Saturday), offering a variety of shift opportunities throughout the week.
