This opportunity offers a flexible locum tenens assignment in a supportive clinical environment focused on providing high-quality preventive and periodontal careto patients of all ages.

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and periodontal evaluations.
• Complete routine dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance as indicated.
• Takeand review dental radiographs.
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants.
• Screenfor oral diseases, including periodontal disease and oral cancer.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
• Document patient findings, treatment plans, and clinical notes in the electronic dental record.
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide coordinated,patient-centered care.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
