- Lead residential interior design projects from concept through construction and final installation.
- Develop detailed CAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, millwork details, lighting plans, electrical plans, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, contractors, and trades throughout project execution.
- Review shop drawings and resolve field conditions during construction.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, textiles, finishes, and materials.
- Create and manage complete FF&E schedules.
- Coordinate procurement activities and vendor communications.
- Develop concept boards, material palettes, and client presentation packages.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead installation and styling activities to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project updates.
- Minimum 3 years of residential interior design experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable CAD software.
- Experience producing construction documentation and build-ready drawing sets.
- Knowledge of residential construction methods and construction administration.
- Experience with FF&E specification, procurement, and installation.
- Strong sourcing and vendor management experience.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Sketch Up, Revit, Enscape, or similar visualization tools preferred.
- Familiarity with design management or procurement software preferred.
