We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about community medicine, offering a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.

- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
- Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
