We're excited to invite an experienced, board eligible or board-certified Pediatric Intensivist to join our dedicated team at Banner Children's Specialists. Our Pediatric Critical Care team operates a state‑of‑the‑art 24-bed PICU at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. We're proud to offer comprehensive services including ECMO capability, pediatric trauma care, and congenital heart services, caring for approximately 1,200 admissions annually with an average daily census of 12 patients.

Position: Full‑time Pediatric Intensivist (1.0 FTE)

Location: Banner Desert Medical Center, Mesa, AZ

• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care
• Proven clinical experience in pediatric intensive care
• An Arizona medical license and DEA (or the ability to obtain them)
• Strong clinical skills paired with excellent interprofessional communication
• A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for pediatric critical care
