Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in the Gilbert, AZ area is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support a high school caseload for the remainder of the current school year. This contract role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in school-based assessments who can immediately contribute to student success.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, developing individualized education plans in collaboration with educators and families, and providing direct support to students with diverse needs. The position requires familiarity with school systems and the ability to utilize technology effectively, as the district operates on a Google Suite platform and uses Synergy for student data management.
Key
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Department of Education (DOE) Certification with Special Education (SPED) endorsement
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working with high school populations
- Proficiency with school-based psychological assessments
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Synergy data systems preferred
- Ability to start promptly and manage a full caseload efficiently
