Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to join our supportive school munity in Sierra Vista, AZ. As a 5th Grade Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment and preparing students for academic success.

Role Overview: As a 5th Grade Teacher, you will inspire curiosity and facilitate learning across various subjects, nurturing students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Utilize effective instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and munity members to support students' holistic development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master's preferred).
• Valid teaching certification in Elementary Education (Arizona certification a plus).
• Experience teaching at the elementary level, particularly 5th grade, is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Excellent munication skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.
