Position: School Psychologist [82198]

We’re seeking a compassionate and committed School Psychologist to join a collaborative and student-focused academic team in Maricopa County, AZ for the  school year. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise to provide students of all ages with the resources they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in the school environment.

  • Location:

    In-person in Maricopa County, AZ (hybrid or remote options are not available)
  • Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, Full-Time Hours
  • Expected Start:
    July 2026
  • Expected End:
    May 2027
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support services to students of all ages with mental health needs identified on their IEPs, including individual counseling, group sessions, and social skills development.
  • Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide crisis support as needed within the school environment.
  • Conduct evaluations in the social-emotional domain and participate in IEP development and documentation.
  • Deliver both direct and indirect services for students requiring interventions across teams at two elementary school buildings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and well-being.
Qualifications
  • School Psychologist certification via the Arizona Department of Education (ADE).
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience providing school-based counseling, evaluations, and behavioral interventions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting student success and emotional well-being.
