Responsibilities
- Lead integrated education programs across Dominican Republic and Arizona
- Establish consistent curriculum and educational standards
- Develop systems to assess player educational progress
- Oversee education records and program administration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate education into player development
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL, or related field
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in education or program management
- Experience designing curriculum and assessing program effectiveness
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Demonstrates expertise in curriculum design and program management, with a focus on educational standards and player development. Proficient in assessing educational progress and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance integrated education programs.
