Adult Admissions Advisor
Applications are being accepted for an Adult Admissions Advisor at our Main Street Campus, 1601 W Main St Mesa, AZ 85201. School business hours are M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with classes being offered M-F 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. This is an exempt position with extended work hours if job related responsibilities are required outside the normal work hours.
Position Summary:
The Adult Admissions Advisor supports the recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention of prospective postsecondary students. This position is responsible for overseeing admissions activities for the Health Science Certificate, High School Equivalency (HSE), and Adult Blended (IDIF and CTED) programs. The Adult Admissions Advisor works closely with Admissions Specialists, Recruitment, instructors, to identify prospective students, assess their educational and career goals, provide accurate program information, and guide students from initial inquiry through registration and enrollment.
The position also supports student outreach, campus tours, recruitment events, application processing, student records, and ongoing communication to help ensure a positive and effective admissions experience.
Job Type: Full-Time Exempt, 12-Month Calendar Salary: $62,446.00- $78,109. 00 Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education, industry-related experience, teaching experience, and certification.

Training and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university (preferred); and/or Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting or working with adult students; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensing/Certifications and Other Requirements:
Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Prints (IVP) fingerprint clearance card. Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957.
