Pre-School Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-School Director to lead our early childhood education center in Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, curriculum implementation, and staff management of our facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of young children while building strong relationships with families and the local community.

• Manage daily operations, licensing compliance, and safety protocols of the preschool facility.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor teaching staff and support personnel.
• Oversee the development and execution of age-appropriate, engaging educational curricula.
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents, providing updates on child progress and center events.
• Manage the center's budget, enrollment pipelines, and financial records.

• AA in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
• Must meet all State of Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) childcare director requirements.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood development milestones.

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Early Childhood Education.
• Existing relationships or familiarity with the East Valley educational community.
• Experience working with childcare management software systems.
