Pre-K Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young learners, preparing them for a successful transition to kindergarten.

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and updates to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support inclusive learning and community events.

• Associate Degree, Child Development, or a related field.
• Current Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid, Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

• Bilingual capabilities, particularly English and Spanish, to support our diverse Mesa community.
