Senior Project Management Specialist

Join our Mobility Surveillance and Bombers team to support the Executive Fleet. This is a rare once‑in‑a‑career opportunity to lead a state‑of‑the‑art aircraft platform specifically tailored for the Executive Fleet mission. We are looking for a dedicated professional committed to the highest standards of safety, security and reliability to drive development and flight test objectives within this dynamic program.

• Acts as a key liaison between design engineering and production to support aircraft deliverables.
• Creates and manages the program operating rhythm to ensure consistent communication alignment and progress tracking across the program.
• Develops program metrics and dashboards; proactively analyzes and reports when metrics indicate potential issues or risks.
• Drives follow‑up actions on key initiatives and issues ensuring accountability and timely resolution.
• Leads all customer and Boeing senior management visits including creating presentations identifying key topics and managing logistics to ensure successful engagement.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Leadership Team (LT) fostering collaboration and alignment across the program.
• Develops and maintains the program environment and culture in partnership with the Leadership Team to support a positive and productive work environment.
• Builds charts, presentations and other communication materials about the program in partnership with the Leadership Team, tailoring content to the audience’s needs and expectations.
• Collaborates closely with leadership to develop effective, impactful presentations and communications.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10 years experience in program or project management.
• 3 years experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with aircraft systems new product development or production.
• Experience in a leadership role leading teams or projects to successful completion.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in industrial, mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to include engineering, production, program management and/or finance.
• Experience effectively managing Customer and/or DCMA relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

100% onsite at one of the listed locations.

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees have access to health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Pay is based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Summary pay range: USD $146,200 – $197,800.
