Are you passionate about aerospace engineering and rotorcraft innovation? Join our team as a Structural Analysis & Materials Engineer III
, where you’ll perform advanced structural and materials analysis to ensure the integrity, reliability, and compliance of helicopter components and systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze and document structural integrity for helicopter systems and components.
  • Perform structural analysis of metallic and composite structures using hand calculations, FEA, and computer-aided methods.
  • Conduct static, dynamic, fatigue, and vibration analyses on rotorcraft components.
  • Support flight strain surveys, instrumentation, and data analysis.
  • Research and develop material specifications and fabrication processes for optimal performance.
  • Apply principles of chemistry, physics, and material behavior to define specifications for metallic, non‑metallic, and composite materials.
  • Prepare test plans, reports, and certification documentation aligned with FAA and company standards.
  • Collaborate across design, manufacturing, quality, and certification teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 6–8 years in structural/materials analysis for aerospace applications.
  • Strong knowledge of rotorcraft flight loads, composite and metallic structures, and failure analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools like MATHCAD, UG NX, NASTRAN/FEMAP
    .
  • Familiarity with FAA certification requirements; FAA Structures DER certification is a plus.
