Position: Senior Manager Phantom Works Survivability Capability ***Signing Bonus Eligible***
We have an exciting opportunity for a
** Senior Manager in Boeing Phantom Works
** to lead the Survivability Capability.
The position will be located at one of the sites of
** Berkeley, MO, Mesa, AZ, or Tukwila, WA,
** and will require regular travel to visit, engage and direct the teams.  The candidate should have a strong knowledge of air and space advanced mission systems and technologies. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
** This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options****.
**** This position requires an ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)*
* * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
* Experience leading RF/EO/IR/Radar/Electronic/Electrical engineering projects/programs and/or labs and necessary supporting hardware
* Ability to coordinate with a large technical team and customers to clearly communicate safety plans, test plans and data collection
** 10+
** years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR combination of technical education and work-related experience with a master’s degree
* 15+ years of work-related experience
* Masters of Science degree or Ph.D. in engineering, physics, mathematics or chemistry
* Active U.S. Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with Polygraph Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required).  (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
* 10 years of experience as defined in basic qualifications and the following:
* Experience with Survivability and Resilient systems in all Defense Domains
* Experience with high energy systems and class IV laser systems
* Ability to coordinate with a large technical team and customers to clearly communicate safety plans, test plans and data collection
* Experience with large scale composite structures, alloy structures, 3D printed structures
